1.1 Services
DOCENT PHARMA SERVICES (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides professional and technical consulting services specializing in regulatory submissions, including Drug registration, Dossier preparation, Facility registration, NDC electronic registration, Medical device registration, Food registration, etc.
We do not engage in the sale or distribution of drugs, medicines, medical devices, food products, or any prohibited goods.
1.2 Use of Services
- Services are intended strictly for professional and lawful purposes.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
- We reserve the right to decline services if information provided is false, misleading, or non-compliant with applicable laws.
1.3 Payments
- Payments for services must be made in accordance with the agreed proposal or invoice.
- All payments are due before the initiation of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.4 Refund Policy
- Payments for consulting services are non-refundable, as they involve professional expertise and time investment.
- Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made in error.
- Services not initiated within 7 business days of payment due to our inability to commence.
- Any other case explicitly agreed in writing.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to docent@docentpharma.com within 15 days of payment.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment.
- No refunds will be issued once services have started or deliverables are in progress.
1.5 Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, documents, and communications, and use them solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services.
1.6 Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate regulatory guidance, we do not guarantee approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (USFDA), or any other regulatory authority. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the consulting service.
1.7 Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DOCENT PHARMA SERVICES, its partners directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Use of our services.
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Submission of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information to regulatory authorities.
1.8 Dispute Resolution
- Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through mutual discussions.
- If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The place of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
- The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
1.9 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

- Business-related documents shared for consulting purposes.
- Payment-related information (processed securely via third-party providers).
2.2 How We Use Information
- To provide consulting services as agreed.
- To communicate about projects, billing, and support.

2.3 Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
2.4 Sharing of Information
We do not sell or share client data with third parties, except when required by law or to complete regulatory submissions as instructed.
2.5 Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting docent@docentpharma.com.
2.6 Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and changes will be posted on www.docentpharma.com with an updated “Last Updated” date.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee regulatory approvals, certifications, licenses, or outcomes from authorities such as the USFDA , or any other regulatory body.
Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of documents and data provided. Regulatory approvals are subject to independent review and decision-making by the authorities.
DOCENT PHARMA SERVICES shall not be liable for:
- Delays or rejections by regulatory agencies.
- Business or financial losses.
- Client misuse of our advice or non-compliance with laws.
DOCENT PHARMA SERVICES is a private entity and is not affiliated U.S. Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) or any other regulatory body.
